Understand the decision
Ask the provider to separate surgery, devices, hospital care, imaging and rehabilitation on the quote. Identify which costs are fixed and which depend on the length of follow-up. Make sure the quotation describes the same treatment plan you discussed with the surgeon.
Put it into practice
Add accommodation, mobility support, a companion, missed work and further travel. Ask how unplanned treatment and later device-related procedures are charged. Keep a contingency amount distinct from the advertised package price. If the full plan is unaffordable, that is relevant to whether the proposed pathway is workable.
Keep the bigger picture in view
Cosmetic stature lengthening is a major orthopaedic undertaking. A decision needs an individual assessment of physical health, expectations and the support available over a prolonged recovery. A promised height gain cannot substitute for that assessment.
